Tipperary.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer care.
Key Responsibilities Managing emails and correspondence Take minutes of meetings Diary management Updating shared folders Accounts administration using SAP system Inputting of payroll details Maintaining the time & attendance system for staff members Handling phone calls coming into the service and fielding/taking messages as appropriate Maintaining and inputting statistics into Excel File preparation and uploading documents to the database Required Skills & Competencies At least 12 months proven administrative experience with strong understanding of office processes.
Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and data input.
Experience working with payroll systems/packages.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage workload methodically.
Takes ownership of tasks and sees work through to completion.
Contributes positively to team culture and morale.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
