The Recruitment Admin/Coordinator supports the recruitment team by managing administrative tasks throughout the hiring process. This role involves scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring timely completion of documentation. The coordinator also assists with pre-onboarding processes and provides general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule, organise, and coordinate interviews and meetings.
* Prepare both ad hoc and recurring reports; maintain documentation and related work materials.
* Attend meetings, take minutes, and track action items—such as recruitment packs.
* Ensure full compliance with Recruitment and HR processes, maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Assist in maintaining personnel and HR files, ensuring all relevant assessment materials are filed accurately.
* Support the recruitment team with the administration of the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, in line with company policies and employment law.
* Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
* Issue offers and verify pre-onboarding documentation.
Requirements for this role
* 2+ years' experience in a similar role, in a high volume recruitment.
* Strong personal resilience with the ability to operate in a pressured and fast paced environment.
* Passionate about the talent industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven track record of meeting SLA's & KPI's.
* Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment.
* Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and connect with people.
* Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
* Ability to demonstrate exceptional level of administrative skills and attention to detail.
* High proficiency in use of Microsoft Teams, Zoom or other video conferencing systems.
* Degree/Diploma in HR or equivalent.
* Woking knowledge of Irish Employment Law.
* CIPD accreditation is desirable.
* GDPR qualification/certification is desired.
* Experience of managing the end to end recruitment process.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Salary
: €32,000 (per annum)
Contract: Temporary, full-time, 2 month contract
