Your role Lead, support, and develop a team of home support workers in your area Carry out client assessments, reviews, and care planning Coordinate schedules to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery Build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Ensure services are delivered in line with care standards and company policies Respond to any issues promptly, supporting both clients and staff What we're looking for QQI Level 5 in Healthcare (essential) QQI Level 6 in Supervisory Management (or currently working towards it) Experience in homecare or healthcare settings A caring, empathetic approach with strong leadership potential Good organisational and communication skills Full driving licence (travel required within your local area - fuel card provided) Apply now!
