The Microbiology Supervisor oversees the site's microbiological activities, developing and implementing procedures for materials, products, and environmental monitoring. They train laboratory and production staff on microbiological procedures and maintain comprehensive records of tests.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in microbiology or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Leadership experience, expertise in aseptic processes, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead and guide the QC Microbiology team. The successful candidate will be committed to quality and compliance, with a strong focus on detail and innovation.
