As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of projects and optimizing financial outcomes.
The successful candidate will work closely with the commercial and construction teams to achieve project goals, manage risks, and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's commercial strategy.
* Assist in preparing project forecasts, setting financial targets, conducting CVRs, and completing valuations.
* Maintain accurate site records and ensure proper document control for all project activities.
* Keep detailed and accurate measurement records for project sites.
* Prepare, document, and agree on variations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Update and submit projected Final Accounts within required deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with technology platforms for project management and reporting.
* Measurement Knowledge: Proficiency in the Standard Method of Measurement (SMM).
* Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial acumen and the ability to take ownership of projects.
* Time Management: Excellent organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.
* Experience: A minimum of 6 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a preference for experience in Civils or Construction.
Experience & Skills:
* A degree/Diploma in a relevant profession is preferred.
