At Intellect, you'll find a supportive community focused on enhancing lives and helping clients overcome personal challenges.What You'll DoProvide onsite/in-person health support for Intellect's clients Facilitate 1 on 1 sessions on various mental health topics (e.g. resilience, stress management, and available well-being resources)Lead group sessions on coping strategies for managing stress and challenging informationModerate peer support sessions to encourage shared experiences and well-being discussionsDevelop and deliver group sessions and workshops to promote mental health awareness and resilienceAttend and complete all required continuous developmental tasks, including clinical supervisions, module completion etc.Share a monthly report on utilization/participationCollaboratively work with Intellect's internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platformRequirementsQualifications: Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or an equivalent accredited programmeExperience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements)Expertise: Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivorsSomatic Experiencing (SE)Supervision Requirement: One supervision session every 2 months Experience: with trauma-related cases in psychiatric hospitals, mental health clinics, or similar settings Languages: Proficiency in EnglishPreferred Background: Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial rolesFlexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plusIf you're ready to make a meaningful impact and be part of a mission-driven team, we'd love to hear from you.
