Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cork.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and working as a Customer Service Representative
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field are beneficial
