We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate CI Engineer to join our Operational Excellence team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization.

In this role, you will work closely with our Op Ex and business unit teams to identify opportunities for further improvement in relevant processes and equipment KPIs. You will also be responsible for enabling and engaging continuous improvement efforts throughout the site to meet service, quality, lead time, and cost objectives.

Your primary focus will be on engineering support for Cost Improvement projects involving facilities, automation, equipment optimization, and sustainability. Additionally, you will provide support and engage with project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of structured problem-solving tools and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Automation), Computer Science, or equivalent is required. Strong planning and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well within a team and on individual initiatives, are essential.

This is a two-year graduate program that offers a unique blend of internal secondments and international assignments. You will have real responsibility and play a key role in strategic projects and initiatives, developing your expertise in automation and continuous improvement along the way.

* A minimum of 2.1 Level 8 Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Automation), Computer Science, or equivalent.
