Our client is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to join their team for an11 month contract.This role will be responsible for the retention, and growth of recently onboarded customers, following on from the post launch support. This is a collaborative role working with Sales partners to drive growth strategies and recommendations on increasing profitability, and meet business objectives.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to Sales for onboarding customers.Provide customer education and demonstrations to support success for managing users activity.Manage customer growth and retention of onboarded customers.Maintain a portfolio of up to 60 customers.Deliver against against targets, recommend changes to existing accounts, or cross selling alternative business solutions - understanding the companies strategies and vision.Qualifications:Strong relationship management skills.Be result-oriented to meet and exceed assigned financial and customer satisfaction goals.Excellent communication skills - deliver presentations with solutions linking to business value.Ability to work in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.Team player with demonstrated ability to execute across a cross-functional team.Fluent in German, Italian, French or Spanish.
