Graphic Designer / Digital Content Controller
You will be responsible for the creation, management, and delivery of high-quality visual content across print and digital channels. This includes branding for construction sites, corporate marketing collateral, digital/social media graphics, and
internal communications. Experience with WordPress and video editing tools is highly
desirable to support content management and multimedia storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design & Branding: Design print collateral and site branding (hoarding, signage, banners), ensuring brand guideline adherence.
- Digital & Social Content: Develop engaging graphics for social media, email newsletters, and digital ads.
- Website & CMS (WordPress): Maintain and update WordPress content, support SEO, and collaborate on new landing pages.
- Video & Multimedia (Desirable): Edit short-form videos for social media and case studies; capture and edit project milestones.
- Asset Management: Organize design assets and ensure consistent brand identity across all communications.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years in graphic design with a strong portfolio across print and digital (including large format).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, and Microsoft Suite.
- Familiar with digital design for social media and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with construction or industrial branding.
- Video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics (After Effects).
- WordPress CMS experience (content upload, basic editing, SEO awareness).
- Photography skills or directing visual shoots on construction sites.
