About the Role We're looking for a savvy and curious content marketer to support and grow content efforts for the UKI region.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who already has solid content foundations and is keen to learn, develop, and grow in a fast-paced B2 B Saa S environment.

You'll work closely with our Demand Generation, Growth and PMM teams to create high-quality content that supports lead generation, sales conversations, and events.

Rather than working purely from briefs, you'll be encouraged to share ideas, ask questions, and learn how content can scale across SEO, campaigns, and the funnel with plenty of support along the way.

This position reports into the Head of EMEA Demand Gen and can be a remote (UK or Ireland) or Hybrid role (office in Dublin/London).

What you will do Write and publish a range of content, including blogs, downloadable assets (templates, guides), case studies, sales assets, webinar content, and more Support down-funnel and SEO-focused content that helps drive qualified traffic and leads Help localise global content for UKI audiences, ensuring relevance and clarity Learn how to use performance data, SEO insights, and audience feedback to improve and evolve content over time: Research keywords and search intent to plan UKI content themes and write content that works well in search results and AI answers Collaborate with Product Marketing to understand customer needs and turn them into useful, engaging content Work as part of the marketing team; contributing ideas and suggesting how content fits into broader campaigns Leverage and use Rippling's tools and workflows (e.g.

Contentful, Jira), to scale your content deliverables Identify and create timely content around key UKI HR trends and seasonal moments (e.g.

HRMC, budgeting cycles, global hiring, and regulatory changes)What you will need At least 3-4 years in Content Marketing ideally in-house in B2 B and Saa SExperience with SEO, CMS tools (Jira and Contentful knowledge a plus)Strong writing skills - you can craft a crystal-clear and engaging story Research skills with the ability to collaborate with sales, listen to customer stories and adapt into creative content that drives quality traffic and leads Additional Information Rippling is an equal opportunity employer.
