We're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Coordinator to support our Marketing and communications across all venues within the Flynn Cush Hospitality Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across vibrant restaurants, a live music venue, and a growing hospitality brand on the Cork coast.What you'll be doing:* Support the development of creative marketing campaigns to increase engagement and visibility.* Manage and schedule content across all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc).* Create engaging photo and video content on-site, capturing the atmosphere and daily highlights of each venue.* Collaborate closely with the operational teams to ensure consistent and authentic storytelling.* Assist with online advertising and promotions to drive traffic and bookings.* Monitor analytics and help prepare reports on performance and engagement.What we're looking for:* Experience in social media coordination, marketing, or hospitality (minimum 1 year preferred)* Strong creative skills in photography, videography, and copywriting.* Confidence with tools such as Canva, Meta Business, ChatGPT, CapCut, and social media scheduling platforms.* A proactive, organised, and hands-on attitude with attention to detail.* Availability to visit venues regularly for content creation.* A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)What we offer:* Flexible part-time role (approx hours per week)* Competitive hourly rate (based on experience).* Staff meals and employee descounts across all venues.* Freedom to contribute creative ideas and grow the brand presence.* A supportive and dynamic hospitality enviroment.* Company laptop and mobile phone provided.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: €16.00 per hourExpected hours: 25 per weekBenefits:Employee discountOn-site parkingSick payWork from homeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Ballycotton, Co Cork, CO.
