Key Responsibilities
1. Project Integration & Delivery
6. Collaborate with senior team members to manage and integrate MEP systems for efficient project execution.
2. Schedule Coordination
7. Develop, finalize, and monitor MEP installation and commissioning schedules to align with the overall project timeline.
3. Stakeholder Meetings
8. Organize and document minutes for project meetings and workshops across all phases.
4. Equipment Tracking
9. Monitor the progress of MEP equipment and plant, including submittals, approvals, and quality checks.
5. Site Monitoring & Reporting
10. Oversee on-site MEP installation and commissioning activities, ensuring they meet planned schedules.
6. Snagging & Quality Assurance
11. Support snagging processes and conduct quality inspections to ensure timely sign-off on installations.
7. Method Statements & RAMS
12. Prepare and secure approval for Method Statements and Risk Assessments (RAMS) for MEP tasks.
8. Project Reporting & Meetings
13. Compile summary reports and actively participate in key project meetings to maintain effective communication.
9. Testing & Commissioning
14. Witness on-site testing and commissioning demonstrations to verify system functionality and performance.
10. Client Coordination
15. Work closely with the Client's Facilities Teams to deliver operational training and facilitate a smooth handover.
Requirements
Education
16. Degree or Diploma in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent expertise in Building Services principles.
Experience
17. 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in MEP operations within construction projects.
Skills
18. Strong teamwork and a proactive attitude.
19. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
20. Comprehensive understanding of health and safety policies for safe work practices.
21. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and MEP standards.
22. High energy and enthusiasm for meeting project goals.
