Contract Management Role Overview
The Master Contract Specialist is a key position within our projects, responsible for overseeing and managing all contracts to ensure timely delivery, cost management, and risk mitigation. Key responsibilities include contract preparation, negotiation, administration, and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and negotiate contracts with stakeholders.
* Administer contracts and ensure compliance.
* Manage change orders and resolve disputes.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks.
* Monitor project costs and optimize resource allocation.
* Ensure adherence to contractual specifications and industry standards.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, legal terms, and industry-specific regulations.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines.
