Cpl has an urgent requirement for an Administration Officer (Grade IV) to provide clerical support in a busy Public Sector department based in Blackpool, Cork.
35 hours/week Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm €*****/hour Temp Contract (3/4 months initially) What you will be doing: Inputting data into the database Liaising with other departments obtaining files as required Managing internal and external stakeholders Maintaining Excel spreadsheets of activities File preparation and uploading documents to the database Assist the department with the roll out of a new internal system What you will have: At least 1 year of professional administration experience Minute taking experience highly desirable Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and organisation Tech/Systems Savy - experience working with a lot of systems If you would be interested in applying for this role please your updated to #CplCorkOS
