General Operative - Togher, Co.Cork
Location: Cork Builders Providers- Westlink Industrial Estate Cork T12 A324
Hours: Full-time (39 hours), Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturdays)
Contract: Permanent
What You'll Be Doing
* Keeping our yard and warehouse in tip-top shape—tidy, organised, and stocked
* Receiving and checking off deliveries like a pro, making sure everything's in order.
* Safely storing goods and highlighting any low stock levels (because nobody likes running out of things).
* Handling the forklift like a boss (Forklift licence essential).
* Picking, packing, and loading company vehicles to make sure our customers get what they need—on time, every time
* Keeping a keen eye out for security risks (think of yourself as a warehouse superhero ).
* Being a top team player, communicating clearly, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
What You Bring to the Team
* Experience in a general operative or similar role.
* A valid forklift licence
* A manual handling certificate would be great.
* Top-notch customer service skills—because happy customers are our priority
* Knowledge of building materials or plumbing supplies? Awesome If not, we'll teach you.
* A can-do attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a love for getting things done right.
