Facilities Engineer - KerryReporting to the Engineering Facilities Lead, the Facilities Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of all specified Facilities Systems and Equipment.The successful Facilities Engineer will have a Third level qualification in a Mechanical, Chemical or Science discipline and a minimum 3 years' Pharmaceutical/Industrial/Semi-conductor process.Skills and experience required:Good knowledge of GMP and validation of systems.Project management skills and ability to lead Facilities projects.Good working knowledge on HVAC & Clean systems required.Flexible approach to work and practices/procedures required.Knowledge of SAP Maintenance Processing, Trackwise and CAD highly advantageousKey responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:Scheduling and supervising all temporary contractor personnel in the Facilities DepartmentDeveloping operational/maintenance procedures to achieve and maintain best practice and regulatory compliance.Continuous development of Facilities systems to achieve maximum operational and maintenance efficiency.Providing operational and investment budget support to the Engineering Facilities Lead as required.Acting as SME owner for GMP and Non-GMP systems as applicableTroubleshooting process specific equipment as neededGenerating data and reports to support Annual Product Quality Reviews and regulatory submissions.Supporting Change Control and Commissioning/Qualification activitiesProviding Facilities focused input to all organisation projectsDeveloping and planning shutdown schedules with Facilities and Business UnitsProviding timely and accurate feedback on potential issues (such as resources, technical issues etc)Mentoring interim Engineers and Students as requiredArcadis is an Equal Opportunities Employer.Recruitment Agencies: Please do not reply to this job advert.
