Title: Freight Forwarder

A growing logistics company is looking for a Freight Forwarder to support import/export operations and ensure efficient, cost-effective shipments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
Coordinate import/export shipments and monitor bookings.
Communicate shipment updates to customers and stakeholders.
Prepare and process shipment documentation and billing.
Assist with administrative duties and support the wider Operations team as needed
Maintain high standards of service and promote a positive team environment.
Requirements
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Attention to detail and methodical approach.
Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and tracking tools.
Good knowledge of European geography advantageous.
Analytical, reliable, and hardworking.
Full clean driving license required.
