Manage and coordinate on-site activities for civil engineering projects to ensure efficient, safe work in compliance with regulations.




Key Responsibilities:



* Coordinate site activities, personnel, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain a productive work environment.

* Oversee implementation of safety protocols and regulations, enforcing adherence among team members.

* Develop and implement effective project management strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.





Requirements:



* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in the civil engineering sector.

* Proven knowledge of civil engineering processes, materials, and construction techniques.

* Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and ability to enforce regulations on site.
