Your mission
Overview:
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Contact Centre Agents to support our Business-to-Business Gift Card Campaign. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will engage with business clients to promote and sell tailored gift card solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen interest in sales, and a professional attitude.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Location : Dundrum Business Park
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to business clients to promote and sell gift card products.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the campaign manager.
* Clearly communicate product details, pricing, and current promotions.
* Accurately record all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance campaign performance.
* Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a contact centre or sales environment is desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools.
* Target-oriented with a proactive, positive approach.
* Professional phone manner and customer service mindset.
