, seeking a skilled
Electronics Technician
to join their technical operations team in Dublin.
This is a hands-on, varied role involving the
installation, support, maintenance, and troubleshooting
of in-house computer and machine systems. You'll work across both
electrical and mechanical
components to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
What You'll Do:
* Install, maintain, and repair computer and machine systems (hardware & software).
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic and PC-based issues, replacing or soldering components where required.
* Optimise system performance and minimise technical downtime.
* Collaborate with non-technical staff, explaining issues clearly and providing support when needed.
* Record and report all maintenance activities in line with company standards.
* Support Health & Safety practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Occasionally travel to other locations if required.
Skills /Requirements:
* Industry-specific experience is not required.
* 2+ year experience in
electronics repair
,
PC/laptop/smartphone troubleshooting
, or similar technical environment.
* Strong understanding of
electronics fault-finding, soldering, and chip/cap replacement
.
* A natural problem-solver with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
* Genuine interest in technology and learning new systems.
* Full clean driving licence is a must.
