Digital Marketing Specialist

As we enhance our global expansion efforts and go-to-market strategy, we are looking for a skilled, driven, innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our incredible Marketing team.
Position summary
TheDigital Marketing Specialistwill play a key role inexecutingdigital marketing campaigns that drivebrand awareness, lead generation, and conversion to won business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Ireland’s fastest growing companies serving the dynamic life science industry. You will be part of a world-class global Marketing team with a great culture on the leading edge of B2B Marketing. This role will focus onoptimizing paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), supporting organic and paid social (LinkedIn Ads), supporting our ABM efforts, email marketing strategy, and campaign performance tracking.
This is anexecutional and analytical role, working closely with all other functions of Marketing to ensure campaigns are effectively launched, optimized, and measured.
Areas of Responsibility
Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads):
* Develop a strategy, execute and optimizeGoogle Ads and Bing Adscampaigns, ensuring efficient use of budgets and maximum ROI as measured by pipeline creation
* Conductkeyword research, ad copy optimization, and bid adjustmentsto improve campaign performance.
* Monitor and compile performance data, helping the team refine strategies.
* Identify new opportunities to enhance conversion rates, lower cost-per-lead (CPL), cost-per-demo and cost per opportunity
· Analyze, A/B test, and optimize landing pages for conversion rate optimization (CRO) using user behavior tracking tools such as Microsoft Clarity and Intellimize.
· Measure the overall benefit of paid search in the Kneat Marketing mix
Paid Social (LinkedIn Ads)
* Assist in developing and managingLinkedIn Ads campaignsto target key industry professionals and decision-makers.
* Work with the team to optimizead creatives, audience targeting, and campaign performance.
* Track campaign results and adjust strategies toimprove lead quality and engagement across the pipeline.
Organic Social Media Marketing
· Build, schedule, and post organic content on LinkedIn and Twitter/Xusing content provided by Kneat’s Content Team.
· Monitor social media performance, track key engagement metrics, and recommend adjustments.
ABM Campaign Support
· Support the execution oftargeted ABM campaignsusing6sense ABM platform, assisting in audience segmentation and performance tracking.
· Assist in creating personalized digital advertising campaigns for defined account segments or individual accounts, including ad creative variations and targeted messaging.
Campaign Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
· Assist in tracking campaign performance usingHubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads insights.
* Provide detailed reports withperformance analysis and recommendationsfor continuous improvement.
Email Marketing & Automation:
· Assist inbuilding and scheduling email campaignsto generate and nurture leads and drive pipeline.
· Work withinHubSpotto manageemail workflows, segmentation, and performance tracking.
· Analyzeopen rates, click-through rates, and lead conversions, making recommendations and executing those recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
Minimum qualifications
· A post-secondary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
· 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with emphasis on demand generation.
· Hands-on experience and proven results in optimizing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy development, and bid strategy optimization.
· Experience and proven results in managing LinkedIn Ads for B2B audience targeting.
* Understanding ofSEOand how organic search can complement paid campaigns.
* Proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
* Understanding ofB2B marketing, lead generation, marketing funnels, and sales funnel optimization.
* Stronganalytical skillswith the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
* Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.
* Strong, demonstrable marketing copy writing skills
* Data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.
* Positive, hungry attitude, eager to learn and deliver results
* Strong team player that will be a positive add to team results and culture
* Digitally savvy, welcoming new technology and ideas
* Experience using project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.)
* Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Problem-solving skills with innovative approaches to digital marketing/demand gen challenges.
Nice to haves
· Experience in Life Sciences, SaaS, or regulated industries.
· Familiarity with CRO, A/B testing, and multi-channel attribution.
· Experience with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), Databox, or similar for advanced reporting.
· Knowledge of 6sense or similar ABM platforms.
· Understanding of lead scoring and nurturing strategies to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
