You will be joining an extremely busy and friendly office and report directly to the Maintenance Service Manager.

Hours: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm, on Friday Contributory pension: 5% & 5% Key Skills Needed: Multitasking is hugely important along with attention to detail and organization Working on own initiative as well as part of a team Enthusiastic professional and motivated by working in challenging & fast paced environment Excellent computer skills Fluent English Duties in the role: Dealing proactively with two very busy inboxes & phones Following up on customer inquiries, preparing quotes and proposals Ability & desire to resolve customer queries Supporting daily operational functions within the department Managing calendars / appointments Handling/file management Answering Phones Updating Oscar (In House System) with information - addresses / contacts / access details Liaising with the out of hours call centre Issuing worksheets Processing quotes Processing planned repairs Processing Site Hazards Processing Insurance reports - incoming and outgoing Processing Entrapments reports Scheduling engineers to sites Service Department support Assisting Accounts Department Managing clients Portals Processing RAMS Sending Invoices to clients PO / Accounts Assist Adhoc duties Reed Specialist Recruitment is an Employment Agency and an Employment Business for permanent and temporary recruitment.
