Patient Experience Manager Excel Recruitment is seeking a Patient Experience Manager for our client who runs a high-end private healthcare clinic.
This is a full-time temporary position with the potential to become permanent, offering an exciting opportunity to lead and enhance the patient journey across multiple clinic locations.
Responsibilities Oversee the patient journey from initial inquiry through treatment and follow-up care.
Develop and improve processes to optimise patient experience.
Lead and mentor teams including Care Coordinators and Client Care Advisors across multiple sites.
Coordinate operations with clinical, administrative, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service.
Monitor performance using KPIs and patient feedback to drive improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data protection requirements.
Act as escalation point for complex patient issues and represent patient experience in strategic meetings.
Requirements Qualification in Healthcare Management or Business Administration is desirable.
Experience in patient care management or service delivery within healthcare, ideally in a high-end or specialised clinic.
Familiarity with healthcare management systems and patient experience platforms.
Leadership experience managing multi-location teams (desirable).
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
