We are seeking an experienced Sales and Merchandising Professional to drive growth and sales through building strong relationships with our retail partners.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who can work independently and effectively collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic plans to increase core range distribution in the convenience channel, generating additional space for our products and those of our clients
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and promotions, highlighting their benefits to retailers
* Presentation and detailing skills to effectively communicate product value to retailers, resulting in increased sales
* Merchandising all client SKUs, replenishing stock on shelf, and creating visually appealing display units and feature displays
* Weekly journey planning, FSU placement, and Point of Sale optimization to drive incremental sales
* Meet set targets for POS placement, consistently delivering results
* Real-time reporting of in-store activity via handheld device, ensuring seamless communication
This role requires close collaboration with Client Field Sales teams and other key support functions, such as Customer Marketing, Brand & Category Development teams.
