Location of Post HSE Mid West FSS An Íarthar Láir The post(s) are for pharmacy services at locations serviced by the Department of Pharmacy University Hospital Limerick (locations currently serviced by the Department of Pharmacy University Hospital Limerick include: University Hospital Limerick, University Maternity Hospital Limerick, Croom Hospital Limerick).
The current vacancies exist for one permanent whole-time and one specific purpose whole-time vacancy.
The initial assignments are to the following areas of advanced specialist practise:
Maternity/Pharmacotherapy Cancer Services (Aseptic Compounding, Oncology, Haematology) Additional vacancies may arise for Advanced Specialist Pharmacists - Maternity / Pharmacotherapy & Cancer Services, and a panel may be formed as a result of this campaign, from which current and future full or part-time posts may be filled for the HSE Mid-West, Acute Services.
