We're currently seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen in the seaside town of Lahinch, Co. Clare. You'll support the head chef in daily operations, help lead a busy team during high service periods, and bring creativity and consistency to a menu inspired by the best of Irish and Mediterranean cuisine.
What we're looking for:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
* Confidence in managing kitchen sections and motivating staff
* Strong food and hygiene standards
* A calm, level-headed approach under pressure
