Key Responsibilities: Lead field technical operations to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Data Center (DC), and EV Charging products, while fostering the development of a localized service ecosystem. Client Satisfaction: Take responsibility for resolving live network issues within SLA parameters for PV, BESS, DC, and Charging products. This includes managing spare parts effectively to ensure quick problem resolution and implementing preventive measures to avoid future occurrences. Delivery Quality: Conduct field audits for installation partners to ensure adherence to technical standards. Carry out random site checks and issue quality deficiency reports as needed. Proactive Maintenance: Implement contractual preventive maintenance to ensure the seamless operation of products on the live network. Installer Enablement: Provide quarterly technical training to installers and oversee the resolution of local hotline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Position Requirements: Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in PV, BESS, DC, or EV Charge. A strong understanding of high-voltage fields is preferred. Alternatively, entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role will also be considered. Bachelor degree or above. Fluency in English is required, with the ability to explain technical protocols to installers. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with local installers, partners, and team members. Time Management and Adaptability: The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage targets while adapting to continuously changing situations is crucial. On-call readiness for emergency dispatch is also required. Planning and Organizational Skills: Candidates should be able to work according to outlined processes, manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized work processes to meet deadlines. Proactive and Detail-Oriented: A self-motivated individual with a strong initiative, accurate execution, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team is preferred.
