We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery of our events, ensuring world-class hospitality from planning to execution.As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end hospitality delivery of all catered events. You will manage event staff, coordinate with kitchen and logistics teams, and serve as the primary on-site representative of Master Chefs. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional client service, and the ability to manage multiple events and teams simultaneously. working closely with the sales team to uphold company standards and deliver memorable guest experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the end-to-end operational delivery of all catered events — from planning and setup to execution and post-event review.Ensure all events meet Master Chefs' standards for quality, presentation, and service excellence.Act as the primary on-site representative, managing event flow, timelines, and client interactions during events.Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.Recruit, train, and manage event and service staff across multiple sites in the South West region.Lead by example, fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and customer focus.Develop staff schedules and manage labour costs in line with budgetary targets.Support continuous improvement and staff development through coaching and performance feedback.Serve as the main point of contact for clients during planning and event execution.Collaborate closely with the sales and culinary teams to align event delivery with client expectations.Maintain strong relationships with venue partners, suppliers, and local producers.Handle client feedback and resolve operational issues promptly and professionallyManage logistics including transport, setup, equipment, and inventory for each event.Monitor compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.Track event performance metrics, budgets, and resource utilisation.Support sustainability initiatives in line with Master Chefs' environmental goals.Contribute to regional business development by identifying opportunities for operational improvements and growth.Ensure consistent delivery standards across all events in the South West.Represent Master Chefs' brand values and service ethos in all regional operations.What We're Looking For· Previous Event Management experience (Minimum 5 years)· Strong leadership and people management skills· Excellent communication and client-facing abilities· Proven ability to work under pressure and problem-solve in real-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to €50,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
