Working closely with senior leadership and project teams, you will manage project delivery, site operations, budgets, programme schedules, quality, and health & safety across multiple projects where required.ResponsibilitiesReport to the Operations Director and Division DirectorManage project budgets, schedules, quality, and H&S performanceCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholdersOversee delivery of renewable energy and grid infrastructure projectsSupport tendering, commercial reviews, and new business developmentBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsSkills & ExperienceDegree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline5+ years experience in a similar construction or contracts management roleProven experience delivering renewable energy projects including:Wind and solar developments38kV, 110kV & 220kV substationsBESS and grid connection projectsGroundworks, excavations, road openings, and utility coordinationStrong technical understanding of energy infrastructure projectsExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office; Revit experience desirableWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageCareer progression within a growing organisationOngoing training and development opportunitiesOpportunity to work on high-profile renewable energy projectsHow to ApplyApply!
