Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily performance.
Deliver branch sales, margin, and profitability targets.
Drive exceptional customer service standards across retail and trade customers.
Manage, coach, and develop branch staff to create a high-performance culture.
Oversee stock control, merchandising, inventory accuracy and supplier coordination.
Manage budgets, staffing levels and operational costs effectively.
Requirements
A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience as a manager within a large retail environment.
Strong commercial awareness with experience delivering sales and profitability targets.
Excellent leadership, team management and staff development skills.
A business-related degree is required.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and commercially minded leader who thrives in a customer-facing retail environment. You will be confident managing both operational performance and team development while maintaining high service standards and driving business growth.
