Our Dublin office is seeking an exceptional Front Desk Coordinator to oversee daily operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Front Desk Responsibilities
* Welcome guests and employees with a warm smile
* Distribute and manage guest and employee access cards
* Book meetings and manage conference rooms
* Log and track all deliveries, packages to the Dublin office
* Keep the reception area and conference rooms tidy
* Arrange couriers
* Manage building service-related phone calls
* Provide general administrative support as required
Facilities Responsibilities:
* Communicate with building engineers on service requests
* Maintain company standards in daily operations
* Ensure the physical appearance of the office remains clean and neat
* Respond to employee's office needs (i.e. troubleshoot or repair desks, daily moves, printer issues)
* Review conference rooms set ups, inclusive of clean-up after meetings and events
* Support new hires' logistics in a first day at the office
* Ensure that the office supply and kitchen areas are well-stocked
* Review CSRE related quotes and invoices to facilitate timely payment
* Assistance in organizing company events and conferences
Qualifications/Skills Required
* 2+ years' experience in front desk position
* Energetic and professional service-oriented approach
* An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
* Microsoft Office experience
* Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Personal integrity; trustworthy, honest and reliable
