Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chef De Partie at The Junction Restaurant and Bar, located in Ballina. The role entails assisting the head chef in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, supervising and training kitchen staff, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. The chef will ensure ingredients are properly managed and align with health and safety standards. While the role requires physical presence in the restaurant, some administrative tasks may be completed remotely.
