* Follow the directions of the head chef and sous chef
* Avoid unnecessary wastage and follow portion planning and control and to act in a cost effective, responsible manner.
* Support the kitchen team in ensuring excellent food hygiene practice is observed from storage through to preparation and service.
* Follow and adhere to HACCP compliance within the kitchen.
* We are currently catering for UKR residents and operate a buffet style dining service
Requirements:
* Experience is an advantage
* Good English
* Flexible - be able to work mornings / evenings
* Knowledge of HACCP.
Approx 20hrs per week
