This pivotal role will support the Director of Sales & Marketing in leading and executing the overall marketing strategy for the complex — driving brand awareness, digital performance, and revenue growth across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate will bring both creativity and commercial acumen, with the ability to balance high‑level strategy with hands‑on execution.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Brand ManagementPartner with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and deliver the marketing strategy in line with commercial objectives and brand standards.Oversee the integrated marketing activity for the hotels, spa, convention centre, and F&B outlets — ensuring cohesive storytelling across all platforms.Manage the portfolio of brands and maintain quality control on all communications.Lead the implementation of brand positioning initiatives and creative campaigns that strengthen market presence and guest engagement.Manage relationships with Radisson Hotel Group’s corporate marketing teams and external partners to align on global and regional strategies.Digital Strategy & PerformanceLead all digital marketing initiatives across owned, paid, and earned media, ensuring optimal performance and ROI and support the on‑property Social Media executives.Direct website and SEO strategy, collaborating with Radisson Hotel Group to enhance visibility, user experience, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).Champion data‑driven marketing through the use of analytics tools, dashboards, and insights reporting to inform future strategies and report on KPI’s monthly.Content, Social Media & Brand StorytellingLead the content strategy across all digital channels, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and premium brand voice.Supervise the creation of compelling visual and written content (social, video, photography) for campaigns, events, and activations.Oversee the management of the complex’s social media platforms — driving growth, engagement, and community alignment with brand tone and messaging.CRM, Email Marketing & LoyaltyManage the CRM and email marketing strategy, ensuring segmentation, automation, and personalisation deliver measurable results.Support guest retention, cross‑promotional campaigns, and loyalty initiatives in collaboration with the wider Sales and Operations teams.Partnerships, PR & EventsIdentify and manage local and brand partnership opportunities, influencer collaborations, and sponsorship activations.Collaborate with the Events and F&B teams to promote key initiatives, seasonal activations, and signature experiences.Liaise with PR agencies and media partners to secure coverage and enhance brand visibility.Team Leadership & CollaborationFoster strong collaboration with internal departments (Sales, Spa, F&B, Events, Operations) to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals.Budgeting & AdministrationSupport the Director of Sales & Marketing in managing the marketing budget, forecasting, and financial reporting.Oversee supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and cost management to ensure maximum value and efficiency.Candidate RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.Minimum 3–5 years’ marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior executive capacity, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands.Proven experience leading digital and brand marketing strategies that deliver measurable commercial impact.Strong understanding of:Digital platforms (Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads, Tik Tok, CMS, CRM)SEO, CRM, and social media managementCampaign analysis, reporting, and ROI measurementExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong creative judgment with the ability to translate brand vision into action.Highly organised, commercially driven, and passionate about innovation in hospitality marketing.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance‑based incentivesMeals provided on dutyFriends & Family discounts across the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Radisson RED Galway, Velvære Spa, and other outletsA collaborative, creative, and supportive team environmentBenefitsMeal Allowance / CanteenStaff DiscountsBike to work schemeReady to take the next step in your marketing leadership journey?Join us at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Dublin — and play a key role in shaping the future of one of Dublin’s most exciting hospitality destinations.
