Operations Director
This is a key leadership role that requires a seasoned professional to develop and manage scope documents, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
As the first point of contact for all technical authoring matters related to MetroLink Directorate's needs, you will lead and develop scope documents by driving the creation of unambiguous, specific, and concise business requirement documents for nominated contracts and suite of contract documents.
* Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and subject matter experts to incorporate specialist requirements into the nominated contracts and suite of contract documents.
* Conduct high-level reviews and strategic challenges to align documents with commercial strategies, driving value for money (VfM), and eliminating discrepancies and inconsistencies.
Key qualifications include:
* 10+ years' experience in procurement/delivery of large-value complex programmes or projects within a programme, in the government or an arm's-length body environment using public funding.
* Experience in sponsor/stakeholder relationship management.
* Extensive experience in technical writing and documentation management.
* Proven track record of managing and coordinating large-scale documentation projects.
Requirements include:
* A level 8 degree in engineering, construction, or a related subject matter or equivalent experience.
* Advanced Diploma in Public Procurement Law or equivalent is desirable.
