The Kingsley are looking to hire a Food and Beverage Breakfast Supervisor to join their amazing F B team.

Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts across weekdays and/or weekends depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities: Providing exceptional service to all guests in a professional and friendly manner for breakfast and lunch Ensuring the smooth running of service ensuring orders are taken food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the Perch cafe, breakfast and lunch areas Monitoring and handling payments and operating the till system Supporting the Perch cafe team with general duties during busy periods Monitoring adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards Monitor Health and Safety of guests and staff and reporting any issues or contravenes Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role Extensive food knowledge Extensive beverage knowledge, wine, liqueurs F B Skills like cocktail making and high service standards Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills A passion for hospitality Qualification in the area of F B would be desired Intermediate computer/IT skills Experience with managing people and leading a team Event organising, planning and running Must be eligible to work in Ireland Staff Benefits Include: Company-funded educational and training programmes Discount on dining options of up to 50% Reduced accommodation rates for family and friends Discount on spa treatments and products Use of Health Clubs Staff dining facilities Staff parking
