The Opportunity In this newly created senior management role, youll take ownership of expansion projects, team leadership, and strategic partnerships all while placing the individual at the centre of care. What Youll Do Drive Strategic Growth: Lead the rollout of new services nationwide, from concept to fully operational care environments. Champion Quality: Set clear service benchmarks, lead audits, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. Lead High-Performing Teams: Recruit, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams in a culture that values excellence and compassion. Build Strategic Partnerships: Engage with CHO managers, social workers, and HSE stakeholders to build trust and ensure best-in-class outcomes. Own Operational Delivery: Oversee service performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets and forecasting. Innovate in Service Design: Contribute to new models of care, including complex disability and life-limiting conditions support. Act as Key Referral Contact: Oversee access and assessments for individuals referred to services in new regions. What Were Looking For A primary degree in Social Care, Nursing, Healthcare, or equivalent (CORU eligibility required). A minimum of 4 years senior leadership experience, ideally at regional or multi-site level. Proven experience in the disability or residential care sector (public, voluntary, or private). Strong knowledge of HIQA compliance and standards. A collaborative, forward-thinking leader with excellent relationship-building skills. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, team management, and budget oversight. A full driving licence and unrestricted right to work in Ireland.
