Showroom / Store Manager
to lead its flagship Dublin location.

About the Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, presentation, and success of a high-end luxury jewellery showroom.
You will lead and inspire a high-performing team, deliver an impeccable customer experience, and uphold the highest standards of luxury retail excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and immaculate luxury environment
Lead, coach, and motivate a dedicated client-facing team
Deliver exceptional service to clients, supporting relationship-building and repeat business
Drive sales performance through strategic planning and client development
Manage stock, merchandising, and visual presentation of fine jewellery collections
Ensure showroom security and adherence to jewellery handling protocols
Handle operational administration including scheduling, reporting, and compliance
Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and discretion
About You
Proven experience in
luxury jewellery
or high-end luxury retail management
Naturally client-centric with a passion for service, storytelling, and relationship-building
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor teams
Commercially astute with a focus on sales performance and showroom KPIs
Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
