Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
* Fluent in English and Finnish to support client relationship management.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy.
* Experience in hunting, acquisition, and within a start-up environment.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop recommendations and action plans.
* Ability to adapt quickly, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Experience managing a portfolio in advertising or media, with a track record of exceeding quotas to drive growth.

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors focused on customer success, primarily supporting small- and medium-sized businesses. As part of our team, you'll work directly with business owners, making a tangible impact on their growth, and shaping the future of innovation with a fun and collaborative spirit.
Responsibilities
* Achieve ambitious quarterly targets for business and product growth within EMEA, providing an excellent experience to Google's advertisers.
* Build and manage a sales pipeline by identifying high-potential businesses and collaborating with marketing teams.
* Establish relationships through calls and email marketing, designing effective strategies with product expertise to ensure long-term customer success.
* Consult with C-level clients to meet online marketing and business objectives using Google’s marketing solutions like YouTube, Search, and Display Network platforms.
