Responsibilities
* Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate precision parts based on technical drawings.
* Interpret CNC programs and adjust settings as needed to meet specifications.
* Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to maintain optimal performance.
* Monitor production processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to established standards.
* Perform regular inspections of finished products using precision measuring tools.
* Maintain accurate production documentation, including job logs and maintenance records.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
* Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar position in manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation, including G-code and M-code.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
* Familiarity with various CNC machining processes and tooling.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving needs.
