The Digital Customer Success team helps customers realize the value of the Microsoft Cloud and leverages marketing insights to engage customers digitally while solving business problems. As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), you will become part of the next generation of sales leaders at Microsoft, shaping customer relationships for a strategic set of Microsoft’s customers and driving cloud & enterprise consumption through strong partnerships and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities
* Business Relationship Owner: Build coalition of support (IT and business) with the customer. Define specific technology outcomes aligned to customer strategy.
* Portfolio Management: Manage a dedicated portfolio of customers, prevent churn, and manage their pipeline accordingly.
* Operational Excellence: Follow processes, systems, and documentation; identify issues or barriers to efficiency. Recommend improvements and partner to implement Azure solutions.
* Consumption: Analyze customer usage and needs to drive greater cloud and support consumption. Provide guidance and recommendations to customers to drive, retain, and optimize consumption.
* Technical Acumen: Apply technical knowledge to create a modernization roadmap. Architect solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring resources and infrastructure viability for new projects and deployments.
* Executive Presence: Engage with and influence business and IT decision makers by providing insights to help customers define and realize digital and business transformation targets. Influence others to meet customer needs and prioritize efforts.
* Technical Leadership: Use best practices to guide customer strategy and future growth, cultivate Microsoft program/solution affinity, and provide feedback on customer development needs and blockers.
Qualifications
* Professional: Sales and negotiation experience, technical architect/consulting, design and implementation, or related work or internship experience, or equivalent.
* Technical: Experience in architecture design, networking, container services, data center migrations, database administration, data analytics, coding/development, cloud-based solution designs, migrations or management of technology. Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-303/304/305, DP-203/204) or equivalent (AWS, GCP).
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with related experience.
* Fluency in Polish is a must.
