Unlike traditional OMC management, most blocks under management are fully owned by institutional investors, meaning no board meetings or AGMs are required.Key ResponsibilitiesBlock Management : Oversee the management of residential developments either 100% owned by an investor or with a majority ownership, ensuring compliance with MUD Act requirements where applicable.Facilities & Maintenance Oversight : Implement and track planned preventative maintenance schedules, remediate outstanding FM issues, and liaise with contractors for site works.Financial & Budget Management : Oversee operating budgets, invoice approvals, and cost comparisons for service contracts.Site Inspections & Compliance : Conduct regular site visits to ensure property upkeep, address house rule breaches, and assist with insurance claims and renewals.Sustainability & Energy Efficiency : Monitor and develop strategies to reduce energy usage and enhance sustainability across the portfolio.Stakeholder Communication : Maintain strong relationships with investors, residents, and service providers, ensuring professional and effective management.This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented property manager looking to work with high-quality PRS assets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.If you're interested in learning more, apply directly or contact josh or for a confidential discussion.
