SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition is an out-of-the-box enterprise management solution. It's the cornerstone of GROW with SAP, which facilitates adoption of cloud ERP. The SAP team in EMEA help customers realise the value of cloud with best practice implementation services and support, fast technical setup, and a role-based, intuitive interface. The team is located across EMEA working as one team for the success of our partners and customers.
What You'll Do
The main activity is to guide and support the Customer in the design and implementation of the business model Services. To achieve this, the role of the Service LOB lead is :
o SAP Solution Order Management
o Understand the orchestration of a combined Sales and Service end-to-end process
o Deliver the e2e process including Sales Orders, Service Orders, Service Contracts, Customer Projects, Deliveries, Billing Documents, Invoicing and Financial Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
o Coordinate the activities of the team in all phases of the project
o Propose the to-be design and if needed, the alternative solutions when requirements are not supported by Standard best practices
o Be prescriptive and guide the customer in the standard process of SAP.
o Help the customer to make key decisions (preparing pros and cons)
o Proactively manage the gaps / delta requirements with SAP Product team
o Collaborate with Customer’s business process teams to ensure alignment and support
o Recommend best practices for data governance
What You Bring
o Strong Expertise in the Solution Order Management Area, knowledge of End to End process, implementation experiences in S/4HANA Public Cloud
o Should have experience from other projects in the area of Solution Order Management.
o Strong knowledge on the standard solution (what is available, what is not).
Travel: Regular travel required to Paris and Germany weekly initially.
