This position requires a strong leader to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the Person in Charge (PIC) in managing centre operations and achieving quality goals.
2. Mentor staff members, promoting reflective practice and accountability within the team.
3. Ensure regulatory compliance with HIQA, the Health Act 2007, and other relevant laws.
4. Foster a culture of person-centred planning, dignity, and inclusion among team members.
5. Collaborate on audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
6. Provide cover for the PIC as needed, maintaining a safe and positive environment.
