A growing medium sized main Contractor is currently recruiting for an Experienced Quantity Surveyor to work initially on an Healthcare project in North Dublin. Reporting to the Commercial manager you will work on projects through to final account. Duties: Preparation of internal costs / value reports on a monthly basis. Preparation and management of subcontractors, suppliers and material procurement schedules Responsibility for agreeing monthly valuations with client Budget control / materials management / valuations Preparation of cost reports and projections Ability to negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers with a view to agree final accounts Preparing monthly cost analysis reports for monthly management meetings The Person Degree educated in QS or related subject 8+ years' experience Previous experience working for a main contractor or developer Strong communicator with good commercial acumen In return a market leading salary and benefits package is on offer.
