Project Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled project lead to oversee multi-disciplinary projects in highways and transportation.
* The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and at least 6 years of relevant experience in a consultancy environment.
The role requires strong technical design skills, attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and under own initiative to achieve project goals. Strong writing skills are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordination and driving of team deliverables on multi-disciplinary projects.
* Making of technical decisions on projects, and review of technical reports prepared by others.
* Review of deliverables produced by other teams to ensure compliance / suitability for the overall project scope.
* Managing the design and/or planning process.
* Preparation of project progress reports, both internally and externally.
Requirements:
A successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate strong leadership abilities.
