Job Title: Production Manager
The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of our production team, ensuring efficient, safe and on-time delivery of products.
They will be responsible for upholding company values and standards, promoting a culture of integrity and accountability.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring all team members consistently follow company EHS policies and procedures to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
* Upholding Company Values and Standards by promoting and embodying the organisation's core values, ethics and standards of conduct.
* Overseeing daily production processes, ensuring alignment with customer delivery schedules and overall production targets.
* Collaborating with the Cleanroom Supervisor to meet production goals by providing direction and timely support.
* Assigning daily tasks to team members, optimising labour and resources to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
* Developing and maintaining production schedules in line with business objectives and resource availability.
* Identifying, proposing and implementing improvements to enhance output, quality and overall production efficiency.
* Coordinating with Human Resources to organise training programs that support employee development and continuous improvement.
* Investigating production-related issues promptly and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
* Assessing and managing requirements for materials, labour and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
* Working closely with the Quality Team to ensure all products meet internal standards and customer expectations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Level 8 Bachelors Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Business.
* 5-7 years management experience in a manufacturing environment is essential for this position.
* Experience in a biopharmaceutical/medical device/food environment would be preferred for this role.
