Supply Chain Planner
to join our Dublin site, reporting to the Head of Site Supply Chain Lead FGMIE.
In our Dublin Site Supply team, we share a "challenge accepted" mindset and are guided by our winning behaviours of simplification, collaboration, and accountability, to achieve our goals.
In this critical role, you will own the tactical supply chain plan (0–24 months horizon) and ensure balance between global demand and supply, enabling On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery to patients while optimising site and CMO capacity.
Your Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Lead capacity and supply management, integrating S&OP processes, demand forecasts, and production plans to meet customer needs within agreed lead times.
* Partner closely with cross-functional teams, CMOs, and external supply managers to resolve supply challenges and deliver sustainable solutions.
* Drive scenario planning and root cause analysis to continuously improve delivery performance.
* Manage and maintain planning master data in SAP and oversee stock, BOMs, purchase orders, and supply alerts with precision.
* Support life cycle portfolio changes, ensuring smooth phase-ins, phase-outs, and tech transfers.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine you have the following qualifications:
* A degree or formal qualification in supply chain management, or equivalent by experience
* Significant experience in supply chain, logistics, or supply management, ideally within pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field
* SAP knowledge is required, as is intermediate user of MS Office, including Excel
* Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
* A bias for action, customer focus, and the ability to thrive in complex environments is key
