Financial Services Career
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have experience with SQL, Power BI, and cloud/AI tools, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Rapidly analyze business needs and identify opportunities for improvement
* Run workshops, gather and document requirements
* Analyze processes & data flows; propose improvements using AI/cloud technology
* Translate business needs into data requirements; partner with engineering teams
* Support testing (system/UAT) and ensure compliance with data governance policies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years' experience in Business Analysis (IT/delivery projects, Agile/Waterfall methodologies)
* Background in financial services industry (asset management, life insurance an asset)
* Strong SQL, relational databases, Power BI; Python exposure desirable
* Effective communicator, experienced in stakeholder management
* Degree in a technical or business discipline
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain centralized knowledge repositories for delivered solutions
